Room in Brighton

Looking for a roommate Hi everyone. I'm looking for someone to rent a room at the current place I rent. It's a nice house on a quiet road. With big Sainsbury's about 5 minutes walk and bus stops about 3 minutes. It has a lovely patio+garden. The room gets a lot of sun during the day and is on the garden side so it is very nice and quiet at nights. I have two cats and they are nice and easy to get along with. The room will be free to move into from 24th of march. The rent plus bills comes out to 900£. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
