Room in Brighton

Hi! I'm looking for a student to replace me as a tenant in a 4-bedroom/2-bathroom house in Coldean, from August 2026. The three other tenants are all lovely and are looking for someone who is: clean, accepting (of all disabilities, genders/sexualities and beliefs), and sociable! The house comes with a garden, and rent is £156.25 pppw w/o bills (plus £30 with bills). Please message me for more details if needed!
