Room in Brighton

my housemate and i are looking for two people to join our tenancy starting august 2026 to august 2027. the house is located along lewes road, near elm grove. we’re a lgbtq household, smoking and neurodivergent friendly. rent is £700 a month plus unlimited bills, usually adding an extra £90. the bedrooms are located on the second floor, with the bathroom on the first and the kitchen/living room on the ground floor. pop me a message if you have any questions!!
