Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible. It’s a 4 bedroom fully furnished house with another two rooms in the basement, garden, and open plan kitchen. The house altogether is on 4 floors. The property is in Ls6 Wood house and it is £1295 a month. It’s such a lovely house and allows pets although we are wanting to downsize. Thank you:)
