Private room for rent (NW1) I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy agreement as I purchase my own property. This is a double bedroom in a 3-bed shared flat. The rent with the landlord is 1040/month and the security deposit is 1200 but I'm offering 50 off per month (a total of 350 to be paid to the tenant or the landlord) The flatmates are 2 Master's students in their mid-20s (English and German) studying at UCL and LSE respectively. They are both clean, quiet and tidy.

Termination
You can terminate your membership at your convenience. Your fixed payments will then end immediately, and you can of course use the remaining time of your PlusPackage you have paid for.Your user account and the associated services are strictly personal. By your payment, you accept that Spotrental may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or via mobilepay As your subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase.
