They are both female and students, both in their final years of study so for council tax reasons would prefer another student either 4th year of undergrad or masters/PhD to carry on the lease until summer. If working will need to be prepared to cover the cost of council tax. The room has its own en-suite and view of the garden. Great location for buses with 10 and 27 right outside and fountain park a short 10 min walk away...

You can terminate your membership at your convenience.
