The house has two bedrooms and an office, a garden with BBQ and sun all day, 5min walk from Church Road and 10min walk from Lawrence Hill train station. Tidy house, fully furnished, well equipped, quiet street. Looking for serious tenants professionals only, who will take a good care of the house and garden.
