Hi looking for an exchange i have a 2bed fff in so14 good size rooms, it's a small walk up block. Local Shop 2 minutes walk away, schools 10 minutes away, have a bus stop outside takes you straight into town (5 minutes bus ride or 15 minute walk ) i also have a shed and underfloor heating. im looking for a 2 bed in Fareham or Portsmouth (only) my rent is reasonable £550 (with underfloor heating included in this) a month it's a council property so can't be under occupied.
