I am a 75 year old, quiet, disabled, single male pensioner with no pets. Owing to having made a very bad decision when I rented my current flat in Paignton last October, I am seeking a "quiet", one to two bedroomed unfurnished flat in Central Paignton with a maximum rental of £800 per month on a long term rental basis.
