I am seeking 2 individuals to share a Victorian era 2 bedroom duplex flat on Alfreton Road. I am open to DSS and workers. The flat was previously successfully let long-term to an unemployed couple and 2 friends after that. Due to the rent being £1100 pcm it would suit 2 individuals 35 and above on housing benefit as their UC housing benefits allowance combined would cover the rent in it's entirety without the need for additional top ups to be paid.
