2 bedroom flat in Manchester

Hey guys, me and my flatmate are moving out of our flat and need someone to take over our tenancy in Feb 2026! It’s a 2 bed 2 bath flat in New Vic, available from 12 Feb, potentially earlier if needed! The tenancy ends Dec 2026, however it can be extended. The rent is at a fixed price of £1800. The flat is council tax band D and we are currently with Octopus Energy. WiFi is included in the rent. Bills and council tax is around £300 total, so £150 each per month. The flat is on the 17th floor and has 2 bathrooms (one of them being en suite)...
