This is a bedroom in a property with a live in landlord. It's a new build house close to supermarkets, and a train station with direct trains to London, Winchester and Portsmouth. If you drive the M27 is nearby, and both Portsmouth and Southampton are easily reachable. The house is me, my wife, and a pet dog. * The room now contains a double bed, not a single.
