1 bedroom house in Newark

A double ensuite private room - for a single person - in a detached house and garden, that is shared with one other person - with all appliances, TV's, white goods, internet, furniture, garden etc. The room has a nice view of woods, is quiet, peaceful and clean. There is plenty of parking space on the driveway and the property is one mile from the town centre. I am asking for 550 Pounds a month and that includes all bills and free internet, plus smart TV. The room is available now.
