I’m moving out of my gorgeous little house in Forest Hill! Double room available at £635 per month plus approx £120-140 bills. Available from February 28th, so technically beginning of March 2026. Contract runs to August 29th 2026 - then as tenants we are given the option to leave, or sign for another year, and this occurs every year at the end of August.
