Hi, just checking interest out there and how quick I could find a new tenant to take over. Anyone looking for a Qualified Quirky Cottage that is 1 bedroom with built in wardrobes, 1 small office/study, lounge, bathroom and small kitchen with parking space + visitors parking, and allows indoor only cat. £1600 which includes water, rates to be paid by tenant.
