1 bedroom house in Christchurch

I have a room available from Saturday, I already have one lodger already he pretty quiet like wise with me, I’m hardly there in the day time literally only their to sleep. I’m open for your boyfriend/girlfriend to stay at weekends. I have a weekly cleaner. The only thing we share as a bathroom is bath/shower I have down stairs toilet and I’m pretty ocd with cleanliness so you won’t have to think oh god typical guy.
