1 bedroom house in Belfast

Single bedroom large with double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and bed linen provided. Sharing a house with one person (owner) and i do have cats so must be an animal lover. Shared bathroom space, large living room and dining room. Rent includes wifi, gas and electric - no additional costs. Short term rental only late dec month by month - rent to be paid upon arrival. Can be extended potentially but max 3 months. Note this is a single person rental for one person living in my home.
