Silver Studio Sublet – Old Street My friend is subletting my Silver Studio in Old Street Chapters, 6th floor, from now until 12th June. The original rent is £560/week, but I’m subletting it for £440/week. The studio is fully furnished, modern, and very bright, with a private kitchen and bathroom. The building has great facilities and is in an excellent location near Central London, and major transport links. My friend is subletting as is moving into another apartment.
