The property (HMO Licensed) had 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) available from end of March. The flat is furnished, with lots of natural light and has permit parking available. Closest tube is Woodside Park (Northern Line) is ~10 mins. 20 mins to Camden, 27 mins Kings Cross etc. Aldi & 24-hour gym opposite the flat as well as good pubs, cafes and food. Current rent is £2,400 (£800 per room)
