I am completing on the purchase of a 1 bed flat in Woolton next weeks. It is off vale road a high rise building (don't let that put you off) called Dealcroft L25 7UX. It will be undergoing a full refurbishment. References will be required and sought. It is on the 7th floor, has beautiful views and is a short stroll away from Tesco and the heart of Woolton village.
