1 bedroom flat in Jersey

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a registered single bedsit. Rent is £800 per calendar month and the deposit is £1,000. The lease runs until January 2027. I’m planning to move out on 1st April. However, since I’ll be away from Jersey for the entire month of March, we could arrange for you to move in during March if that works for you.
