We have two two large double rooms to rent in a brand new home in South Molton. Room 1 is located on the first floor of the house with a rent of £800pcm which includes all bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and Wifi). Room 2 is on the top floor and is available for £750pcm all inclusive. Both rooms benefit from a shared bathroom which is on the first floor.
