TENANCY TAKEOVER Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Fairfield Lodge on Broomhall Road The contract is until June 25th 2026 at a rate of £109 p/w with bills included. The first rent instalment has been paid and the best one isn’t until the end of January, and I am willing to offer money towards this (£500) , or a cash incentive.
