Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio at The View student accommodation in Newcastle as my plans have changed. The room is available from now until July 2026 and is a fully furnished, self-contained studio, so you’ll have your own space and privacy. £200 per week (happy to negotiate for the right person) All bills included – no extra costs at all Great location for uni and the city centre Quiet study areas and social spaces in the building
