Hey! I need someone to take over my contract. It runs from January 5th to July 18th. But can move in sooner. £174 a week with bills included. It’s an en-suite room with a shared kitchen with 5 other people. 2 girls and 3 boys. It’s located right next to the business school at Newcastle as well as right next to St James Park, meaning it is also close to the centre of Newcastle.
