Hi All, I have a spacious double room with its own en-suite bathroom and large shower available from February 7th. The room has a built-in wardrobe and is part furnished. Rent is £1,200 pcm and includes heating/water. Other bills + council tax are around £130 per month. The Flat The flat is in a quiet block in a nice square with mostly families.
