Hello everyone! We have a cosy double room in our lovely home in Tooting Bec (5 min walk to the tube), becoming available at the end of March, and are looking for someone fun to fill it. The room is £735 pcm without bills. (Bills come to around £80 a month), plus an initial deposit and a £50 admin fee to the letting agent.
