BRIXTON 10 mins walk from tube. £800/pm Cozy Room in a 3 bed house I’m the live in landlord which keeps it pretty chill re getting things sorted, if you want new furniture , move out dates etc. Looking for someone tidy . Ideally not full time WFH as the room does not have a desk. But there is a large living room if needed
