A room to rent in Tooting Bec (about a 10 minute walk to the tube station and situated 2 minutes away from Tooting common). Room overlooks part of the common. And has a spacious garden with bbq and shed to keep bikes. The house is three bed with two toilets and a modern kitchen- other two house mates are into sports and work in the city. Room available to rent from the 25th of January but happy to be flexible. Rent is £940 a month excluding bills (bills roughly 50 a month)
