I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from December, you would be sharing with my male flatmate who works full time as a chef. The rent is 450 excluding bills which are approx £160-£180 each per month. It is in the L8 postcode, a short walk from sefton park and lane lane, asda and aldi are at the bottom of smithdown road approx a 10 min walk from the flat and it is near main transport routes into the city centre.
