Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January (but can be in December if needs be!) until the end of June. The house is in the Hyde Park/Burley area and is a 15 mins walk to Leeds uni or 25 mins to Leeds Beckett. Burley train station is a 10 min walk away, plus there are plenty of bus routes nearby to get into town. The rent is £434.52 (not incl. bills) a month and the house is open to both students and professionals, although you do need a guarantor!
