Large and south-facing room available in Blackford, just a short walk from marchmont center and 2 minutes from the Avenue store. Connections to 9+24 routes on the doorstep. Large shared living room with TV, gas range in kitchen and free standing bath tub (!!) in the toilet. Views of Arthur’s seat. ‼available march 1, possibly sooner I’m very sad to be leaving this flat!
