Short term tenancy Room available in a 3 bed flat. I’m moving out at the end of the month and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy ends at the end of April, you will be sharing with two women in their 20s and a cat. The flat is quite central, only a 10-15 minute walk to the city (EH7).
