Hi everyone! Our flatmate is moving out at the end of the month so we are looking for someone new to take over her large, bright double room off Dalry Road (eh11) on the 2nd of feb. The rent is £592 a month, with bills coming in around £35 and council tax is Band E. The flat is a three bedroom, two bathroom (one bathroom is an en-suite to a different bedroom so you would be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant).
