Room in Edinburgh

I’m moving out of my room on Montgomery Street (right next to Elm Row), and I’m looking for a female tenant to take over from the 6th of February (it can be before that but it's is when the month's rent is paid). It’s a bright double room that comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. You’d be sharing the flat with one other female flatmate, who’s a full-time professional working 9–5, so she’s out during the day and keeps the place calm and tidy.
