Room Available on Whinney Hill Room to rent for 26/27. 179.50 a week (bills included). 5 minutes from library, 15 minutes from town. Location really doesn't get any better. Quiet area with solid kitchen and friendly housemate. Landlord is very quick to deal with maintenance issues and we've had no major issues living here the past 6 months. 5 boys, 1 girl all going into our final year so perfect for a student looking to lock in on their diss. We're also involved in a fair few societies so lots happening if you want to tag along!!
