Hello ,I need someone to take over my tenancy. Its a room in a nice three bedroom house,sharing with a PhD student and a 3rd year. The area is DH1 3QA Warwick court .It's in walking distance of university college's and on bus route to the city centre. Rent is £758 per month including all bills. Tenancy ends June 30th.
