Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my current lease in an ensuite room at The Village at the Viaduct Student Accommodation, located 10 mins away from Durham City Center. I am flexible regarding the move in dates (it can be June 2026 or earlier), and the lease ends on Sept 6 2026, with an option to renew. The rent is 203 per week (incl. electricity and utilities).
