Tenancy takeover!!! I'm looking for either a student or working professional to take over my tenancy from January 2026 until June 2026. The house is in Cathays, 5 bed and two bathrooms. Rent is £515 a month, and bills are roughly £50 a month. All the girls in the house (female only!) are a mixture of masters, and 3rd year students.
