Looking for a housemate Hi, I’m a 32 year old female who works full time as a Nurse & I’m looking for a new housemate from the beginning of February 2026 (could potentially push it to mid Feb / start of March) to share with me a furnished 2 bedroom house just off City Rd. Currently we’re paying £580 per person per month for rent. With water, electricity, wifi and council tax on top the total works out to be roughly £760 per person per month.
