Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in 29-33 Princess Victoria street (Clifton village). The flat is spacious, clean and a 20 minute walk from the University of Bristol. You will be sharing a 4 bedroom flat with 2 other people who are very nice and clean. The rent is £650 a month exc. bills.
