Room in Brighton and Hove

hi everyone, in september i rented a room (private accommodation house) in falmer but since i am on placement for uni i am not using the room anymore. it is a lovely house and each of the other renters are very sweet. the bathroom is also right outside my room and the kitchen is spacious. the university of sussex is around a 15 minute walk and the university of brighton is around 20. there is a driveway also which is not normally in use so would be perfect for someone who drives. there is also a bike shelter in the back garden. the rent is £...
