Room in Brighton

Urgently looking for a student to move in! Me and my housemates are looking for a tenancy transfer for one room located near Coombe Road, Brighton. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly house of three uni students, one girl and two boys. We're super fun and friendly and enjoy going out, but also value our own space and are often busy working, as two of us are 3rd year undergrads.
