Room in Livingston

Room to rent for one person, no family’s or couples, we are two working men who live here, the applicant must be clean and respectful. On entry a 450 pound deposit will be paid on top of the first months rent, this is to ensure that at least 2 months notice before leaving is given, the deposit will be used for the last month of rent. The room has a walk in wardrobe and unfurnished.
