Room in Leeds

Hello. I’m looking for a tenancy takeover for my room in Leeds. It is en-suite room in 7 bed flat with shared kitchen and common space. it is a student accommodation. Its 15 minutes walk to city center and 3 mins walk to bus stops. It is only 10-15 min walk to Worsley/ Leeds Dental institute. We have 2 rooms available in same flat. There’s also a gym. The room will be available from 1.7.2024 (1st of July) to 31.8.2024 (31st of August). Bills included. Rate -686.65 pm Please dm me if you are interested. Thank you.
