Room in Leeds

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in July 2024 til the 30th June 2025. It’s a lovely house in Headingley near the Golden Beam pub. 120 per week (including bills). It’s a 6 bedroom place with 4 girls and 1 guy who are all lovely! It has 2 bathrooms, both with a bath and shower. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos of the room available but it’s a similar layout to the one posted but has a door to outside. Please message if you’re interested or would like more information!
