We have a double bed room available from early September and we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our 5 bed right beside Tooting Bec station! The room is spacious and furnished, with a bed, drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table. The rent is 800 per month, excluding bills, which are about 65 per month (for everything).
