Room in Brighton

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at the end of the month (31st jan). The room is located on Stanford Road in Seven dials a really safe and desirable area in Brighton. 10 mins walk from Brighton station and 5 mins walk to the 7 bus stop. The rent is £695 a month + bills (about £95 total) which is really good for the area and flat size.
