3 bedroom house in Belfast

Hi there, My partner & I are interested in renting a 2-3 bed house in lisburn, belfast, glengormley etc. We have the deposit, first month & guarantor all ready to go. Previous rental experience from September 2023. Currently paying 700 a month so our budget is 700-900ish. We are both students, one in final year & the other in second year so we avail of student maintenance loans & both work part time (with a combined salary of 23000+ & student loan combined being 12000).
