I have two rooms available in a 4 bedroom house and currently we are 3 person living in this property. Rooms are available on 1st floor with bath. Master room is for 2 person and rent for master room is 900 while double room is for single person and rent is 700. Students are welcome. All bills included but one month deposit required. 5 mins walk from Goodmayes station and local shops. No family or children.
